comfy cute boots
I love that these are lugsole boots but still look slightly feminine. They're much cuter in person. I did order a half size larger per reviews, but wonder if my original size would've been fine. I do plan on wearing them with thicker slouch socks, so they work. I wore them while walking my daughter to school and no issues. Comfy right out of box.I love the elastic at the heel. You can move your foot around without anything digging into the back of your leg/heel. Nice touch.

OMG, Great boots! Look great, comfortable & waterproof!! I was skeptical, as I have big feet and did not want the combat boot look. These are attractive, well made (in CANADA!)and they look great with pants and skirts.*I must amend this as I found a "Made in Vietnam "label inside the boot. Having said that they are still very nice boots but I feel I was misled by the Canada label.

I really wanted to love these boots—they check almost all the boxes: sleek design, polished enough for professional wear, waterproof, and a manageable heel height that's softened by a platform. I sized up one full size from my usual, and they fit well when wearing thick socks. I'd recommend not going any smaller than that.For many people, I think this boot would probably offer comfortable all-day wear right out of the box. Unfortunately, for me, the issue was the sole—it was quite firm and left me craving a bit more cushioning in the footbed.Here's the catch: the sole isn’t removable. Adding an insole to improve comfort makes the fit too snug, and sizing up again isn't a helpful workaround. Because of my specific sole support needs, I ultimately had to look for another pair with removable insoles.TL;DR: Great look and style, waterproof and work-appropriate. If you don't need extra cushioning, go for it. But if you rely on custom insoles or added support, this one might not work for you.

Fits well and is sleek looking
The first day I wore these boots I hated them because it was hard to pull them on and the upper part dug into my leg and it was painful. I took them off, threw them in my closet and groaned at having spent the money. A week later I tried again, making sure to wear longer socks and the boots slipped onto my feet so much easier. Mind you I still have to tug because there is no zipper. The tops didn't dig into my leg, and no pain!I am not sure what wizardry took place but now I do not regret buying these boots. I wear them at least twice a week. They have been to my granddaughter's first birthday party and my son's college graduation. As a matter of fact I will be wearing them today on our outing to the Museum of Flight.While I would not go hiking in these, I've a proper pair of boots for that, these are nice causal out and about boots.

These are so comfy, they keep your feet warm without getting too hot or feeling gross, and they’re really well made. They hold up so well - I’m tough on shoes and tend to wear them out quickly but these still look brand new. The waterproofing is awesome.
