Purchase: Blowfish Melondrop wedge tennis shoe -white, size 7 1/2PROS:Pretty bright white, not faded or yellowed. Cute multicolored fabric patch on heel (a Melondrop style characteristic) Also the loose laces is a casual look. You could tighten them and tie them to make up for size being wide.PRO/CON- quirk of the Blowfish “Melondrop” style these tend to run half size big length and width. So be forewarned with socks seem to be ok without may be a little loose. Good for wide feetCONS: I only posted pics of what I’m talking about the cons, and this is my reason for 4 stars rating … there are 2 little blue pen marks on both sides at the base of the laces! (On top of toe box). The shoe box arrives totally mangled so if you save your shoes in their boxes don’t count on this one.I thoroughly examined every inch of the shoe! That’s the only flaw- it worries me because I wonder why would you mark the shoe ? Are these knockoffs and you are marking for sizing purposes? Everything on the shoe is in the right place right labels. Even the patch of fabric is the same as my other 4 Melondrop styles.Definitely keeping them I guess I’ll try to get the pen marks out. Not a big deal they are light .

So far so good. I like the height. The front toe box isn't wide so it may not be comfortable for those with wider feet. The main part of the shoe can be widened though. Since my feet are narrow the shoe keeps slipping off so will most likely change out the laces. There is some comfort in the footbed but if you are looking for a shoe to walk all day in like at a theme park, I'd get one with more cushion. Other than that it's pretty cute!

Glides better than most on the hardwood floor without being slippery to walk.
I bought Blowfish Malibu shoes on someone's recommendation as I was searching for a pair of sneakers I could dance in. Most tennis shoes have catchy outsoles, even those that had the pivoting pattern at the bottom. As a beginner, I had a hard time pivoting in sneakers. These shoes got some fibrous coating and they do glide better than most without being slippery to walk. I picked this model as I have sensitive feet and the regular converse thickness was a bit too thin for me.This pair came with a hidden heel about 1" high on the insoles. That was a surprise.My first impression, I thought the insoles were a bit hard and didn't fit my feet contours. I tried doing some footwork and really liked the way they glide on the hardwood floor. As I walked and danced, my feet warmed up to the insoles.I initially wanted to return these shoes but there was obvious wear on the heels of the rubber outsoles from the little footwork practice I did so I can't bring myself to return it. I'm not heartbroken about it. They were only $23 and they're cute.I did dance for a couple of hours in them after I decided to keep them. Not a bad dance shoes, honestly, although a bit heavy. If anything, they could serve as everyday shoes. Not the comfiest shoes but they are pretty comfy for this style of shoes.I have bunions and skinny feet. I usually wear 6 - 6.5 on sneakers and size 6.5 on these fit well on me. Not too snug, not too big when wearing sports socks with a thicker bottom.

Very cute and fun shoes
Purchased these to wear as my wedding shoes (something blue) plus I'm not a fan of heals in dirt.. but there were perfect! Had a small hidden heal to give a few extra inches, walked thru dirt and grass just fine as well!I do have wide feet/toe area and they were a little snug but they were comfortable enough to wear surring the whole wedding and reception. I did take them off close to the end, but was never in a huge amount of pain (just the stupidity to wear them barefoot gave me a blister that made me remove them)

I adore the Blowfish brand and have so many pairs of sneakers. This pair was rough! So cute and stylish, but I made the mistake of wearing them during a 9 hour serving shift and by the end of the night, my feet were aching. Maybe I had to break them in, but I've not had this experience before with Blowfish sneakers. I will wear them in shorter spirts to see if that helps break them in.

I absolutely adore this style of Blowfish sneaker but recommend sizing up by 1/2 size. I already have a couple pair in different styles & ordered them after using the size chart provided & compared to current sneakers. After doing so, I ordered mine in a 8 1/2 & they were to small all over. So disappointed because now I cannot find this style & color anywhere in a size 9. Maybe discontinuing or just out of this size & color? Either way, the quality is A++ and the price was unbelievable
