The Mystical Comfort of Vegan Blundstones
On a rainy Tuesday, I found solace in a pair of vegan Blundstone Chelsea boots. They felt like walking on clouds shaped by memories of better days. Each step was a whisper of comfort, a promise kept by the universe.Durability? Like an old love letter tucked away in a forgotten drawer, these boots stood resilient, ready to brave the storm and the sunshine alike. The streets marveled at their presence, heads turning as if stardust and midnight whispers crafted these boots.Incredible doesn't begin to describe their allure. They are poems written in sustainable, cruelty-free, durable fabric with a melody sung into every stitch. The thick and steadfast soles felt like walking on the solid remnants of ancient trails, carrying the resilience of countless seasons in every step. These boots are a testament to the straightforward, profound joy of finding something that fits just right like a piece of a long-lost puzzle finally falling into place. These vegan wonders were more than boots. They were an ode to timeless journeys and the quiet beauty of walking through life, one comfortable, durable, and incredibly stylish step at a time.Oh, and water? It slid off them as if afraid to linger in their presence.

Quality vegan leather boots
Love these vegan leather Blunie boots! I forget they are vegan leather. These are my primary footwear and I wear them nearly everyday and walk a lot and the soles are holding up (I'm hard on footwear, so this is a compliment) and the uppers almost look like new--3 and a half years and still going. That's a record for me. I hope Blundstone keeps making vegan boots!

Great boots... so far.
I wanted a pair of Dr. Martens Vegan Chelsea boots but they only come in black and red. I wanted brown so went with this brand. Glad I did. The boots fit perfect (plus they have half sizes unlike Dr Martens) and look great. I've been wearing them every day for 11 days now and the synthetic is not getting wrinkled or creased at the bend in the toe. While they are comfortable, my feet did get sore when going on long walks on pavement. Easy fix though, the insole can be removed and replaced with some Dr. Scholls insoles. I tried both the Energy and Massing Gel insoles and the Float On Air insoles. Both fit fine, but the Float On Air is slightly more cushiony but also make the boot fit a slight bit tighter. So you go that route and its too tight, then I'd suggest the Energy and Massaging Gel inserts. Also, if you need socks... try quarter socks. Crew are too high and ankle are too short. Quarter come just past the top of the boot by an inch or two. I'll try to report back after I've been wearing the boots for a few months to let you know how well they are holding up.

Better looking than original
I never write reviews since there are so few reviews for their vegan boots, I felt compelled to help people who want these. I have the original leather 510 and the classic leather 558 to compare these with. Let’s start here:Original 500 series:-firmer and thinner sole-does not come with extra inserts in the event that they feel a little big.-no leather lining- feels like a little less leather than the classic*according to Blundstone, the vegan fits like the original. It does not have extra inserts and it has a firmer and thinner sole than the classic. The difference between the vegan and classic is that the vegan are “leather”lined. The vegan leather also looks more textured than the real leather. The vegan leather looks like real leather. The vegan boots have green lettering on the tag instead of their classic tan and the insole is green as well. I think they’re nicer than the original leather boots.Classic 550 series:-thicker softer sole with more bounce. I find them more comfortable because of this SPS shock system.-extra inserts-leather lining- feels like a little more leather than the original. Can feel floppyThese vegan boots are very nice but I’m returning them because I’m a 9.5 and Blundstone doesn’t make half sizes. Not really. Their half sizes indicate width so a 9.5 = 9 wide. 9 is too small for me. 10 is too big. All sizes a little floppy since Blundstone are wide with a lot of leather. Since the classic 10 was slightly too large for me I was hoping that this vegan original style might do the trick. Though they seem incredibly similar in fit. The vegan might have a little less leather like the classic but not enough to see a real difference. I can’t imagine anyone needing a wide in Blundstones as they are already very wide with a lot of leather. I would not opt for a half size unless you have very wide feet.

As pictured
I wear a women’s size 8 (US) ordered a women’s 8/mens 6 and it fits perfect. I had a pair of these as a kid and remember them being my favorite shoes, I can tell these will be my new favorites.Nice dark brown color, looks like as it scuffs it will lighten a bitTight fit slipping my feet in at first but looses up pretty quick. If the top of your foot arches high I think you might have some discomfort with the top of the boot pressing on your foot.

Glad I took the leap
I'd been looking at blundstones for a long time, all my crunchy friends suggest them. I have an office job in an environmental field and I think these are nice enough to wear with business casual but also hardy enough to do some field work.Fit: I usually wear an 8, but have wide feet. In doc martens I wear a 7, so I ordered a 7.5 and they're perfect.Color: the only star I would take off would be for color, if I didn't like it. The "steel grey" is a little green toned? Like a dusty olive. But I like that better than gray, to be honest. So I'm happyComfort: I need to break them in still, but I wore them around the house yesterday and forgot I had them on. The sole is thick and looks like it'll last.
