Boots lasted exactly one year and both have holes in the bottom of the foot heel section .Bogs sent me a message on fb asking for my address and they would send out another pair .That never happened and all communication has stopped . They will no longer even respond .Others on there Facebook ad commenting saying they had the same issue .Horrible product and even worse customer service .
