keep my feet warm and dry
I bought these hiking boots for a trip to Alaska. They are so comfortable to wear all day and they look really cute too. They kept my feet dry on muddy wet trails and the days that we hiked when it was raining. They were also grippy on slippery rocks, so I appreciated that as well. The only downside, as we were sitting by the campfire one evening, i must have put my foot too close to the fire and the sole on the toe melted immediately. That was a huge disappointment, but more of a user error and anything.

Cool shoe
Good looking quality boot. Very comfortable. I bought a 6 1/2. I have a narrow foot and ankle. I bought the tan color too. Their waterproof but I sprayed them with scotch anyway.

Not waterproof
I bought these specifically because they were supposed to be waterproof. I was replacing a pair of the Bogs slip on chelsea boots, which I loved. I work at an animal shelter and we hose down the kennels everyday and my feet will get splashed with water. The Juniper is not waterproof, not even water resistant. My feet get soaked every time. Comfortable shoe though, just not as advertised.

Comfortable for gardening & farm work
I bought these to wear while working on a small farm. They are comfortable and don’t make my feet sweat in summer, while working. They are easy to get on/off with side zipper which I love. The tread on the sole has been good for being out in fields and gardens even when it’s a bit mucky. So far these have held up through summer and fall. I highly recommend.

Nice, but tight
Amazon told me to order a size 6, so I got both a 6 and 6.5 and tried the 6.5 first. 6.5 was too tight and didnt even bother with the 6. Ordered a 7, so we'll see. I LOVE the way the look, just not how they feel. They are also squeaky. Don't think I would ever order them at full price.

Great boots!Comfortable like mocassins with a roller sole for leg comfort. I wear for hours in the garden. I may not wear walking on a pouring rain day but they keep my feet dry even after cleaning under the outside spicket & watering plants.The color resembles my garden dirt & I don’t feel the need to clean often.oh & they have zippers!
