Holes is soles in less than a month!

Picked these up April 4th for walking around the PNW where it's really rainy, within the month they have holes rubbed through into the shoe and it is leaking water into the boot. I understand wear and tear but to have them fall apart and become unusable within a month is not acceptable, will go with different brand next time.
