Loved my old Bogs Boots, these miss the mark

I wanted to love these but...These boots are much stiffer then the previous Bogs I have owned.Color is more Green than pictured.The zipper is on the outside which bothers me for two reasons.1 I tend to fold my leg inward and need to reach to the outside to unzip2 zippers are uglyThe sole is stiff, may break in with time but sole is pretty chunkyThese are not light weightThe are no longer offered in half sizes and my foot is sliding around even with the worlds thickest socks.I really wanted to love them.I need something in between heavy snow boot and booties.After much consideration I have decided...I don't love these. Sending them back.

AMAZING! waterproof, warm and one of the most comfortable shoes I own!

These are so unbelievably comfortable! I want to wear them daily. They are waterproof and the suede type material does not show water spots. Have worn in snow daily and they keep me warm and dry. They fit true to size and even though they have a slimming profile they fit normal to wide feet.

Walking comfort

I average 20 walking miles a week. I usually wear very good sneakers made for walking distances and Clarks low shoe boots. Both were very comfortable and held up well. I noticed after walking 3.5 miles, the heel wore down on both boots. What's going to happen after a week of walking??? It was recommended that I go up a size because 1/2 sizes are not available. My foot moves around even with a heavier sock. I would not recommend these boots and am hoping to return them.
