Wife speaking: These are great. Not too short, but not too high. Feet stay a great temp. They are easy to slip on and off, and my ankles are on the thicker side. But also don't slide around inside the boot. Love them. I use them mostly to take care of my chickens. But they are great, cute, and comfortable enough for around town on a rainy day too.
I love these boots. I think the company (Bogs) stopped making this style, so I bought this pair for when my current pair needs replaced. These are comfortable, waterproof & cute. This shorter style is easy to slip on- I walk the dogs, garden during & after a rain and run errands in them. My first pair lasted for years of heavy use. Love these!
Love these, very comfortable and great for wet grass. I ordered a 10 and they were huge, had to return for a 9. I'm a 9 in regular shoes/thin or no socks, but always buy 9.5 or 9.5 W in sneakers and 9.5 or 10 in boots and usually put in arch support inserts. But the 10s were enormous. I have plenty of room in the 9s. I have enough room for an arch support insert but the insert it came with is pretty comfortable so I am using that.
These fit the bill but remember they are like walking on a thin rubber strip. There is absolutely no sole at all. I bought the higher winter bogs and their sole was great. Putting a cushion sole helps. Otherwise they fit perfect and are very stylish and the color was pretty close to the picture.
Actually, got these to use in the garden, but I frequently just grab them in a hurry as I go out to run quick errands. They are rather warm for the cooler fall weather. I'm sure I'll switch to them in the garden this coming Spring. But the fact that I am wearing them now is a good indication that they will be great in the garden as I work. I am a size 10 with thinner heel bones, they fit me great!
I was looking for some boots for my wider foot, as this has been a challenge as of late . There seem to be fewer offerings in the wide width, than there were years ago. I was encouraged to read some of the reviews that stated this boot was a good fit for wider feet . I was not disappointed, I ordered the same size that I ordinarily do in shoes , a 10 , and this size 10 boot gives ample room in the toe box . And they are very attractive ! I have had compliments on them. Definitely a keeper !
