Bang for your buck!
This is my first pair of Brooks. I've always been put off by the price. THERE IS A REASON Brooks are priced the way they are. They ARE a superior running shoe to almost every other brand that exists. However, this price tag fit the bill.I like the idea of a small rearfoot to forefoot drop. We all suffer from some form of equinus in our achilles tendon because we live in a concrete jungle and need the extra heel padding. But equinus is going to exacerbate any irregular anatomy you may have in your foot and ankle, leaving you more prone to things like bunions, or over-pronation. So I'm doing an experiment on myself and I'm going to see if these do anything in relieving my equinus.But so far...I like the shoes.

Great running shoe
During the Covid-19 pandemic, I was looking for a good shoe to replace my Asics. I'm not an avid runner, I run maybe 2-3 days a week currently, but it was something I was trying to push myself to do (typically lift weights 5-6 days a week). While I'm in great shape for strength, my cardio shape was pretty lame. So, I wanted to start running outside, while doing 3 full body bodyweight workouts at home (until the gym opened back up). These shoes are very comfortable running outside. They have also kept me motivated to run outside because a lot of shoes will leave my heel sore. All in all, I would purchase another pair. We like them so much, my wife bought a pair as well.

Comfortable and lightweight...and affordable!
This is my 3rd pair of Brooks. I had the Brooks Revel 1 and the Adrenaline over the past several years. I don't feel these are of the same quality construction, but for $55 you can't go too far wrong. I use them strictly for daily walkabouts and general use. Comfortable, lightweight and not bad looking.As an Amazon Prime member I had the option of delivery the day following my order or to wait until my Amazon Day. I opted for my Amazon Day as I didn't need the shoes immediately. They were (again) late by one day. This occurs with some frequency when I use my Amazon Day. I am losing confidence in Amazon's ability to deliver as promised. Please don't promise a delivery date and then change it at a late time.

Better Than Anticipated
I was shopping around for a durable yet comfortable shoe. I've had rough luck with Nike and New Balance. Asics are terribly uncomfortable in my opinion, so after doing some research I discovered Brooks. Did some more research on them and read some other peoples reviews. Decided to pull the trigger and give them a shot. Glad I did. Incredibly comfortable (it's like walking on a cloud!) and they feel very durable and I believe they will hold up very well over the next 2-3 years until I am ready to purchase another pair - which will without a doubt be Brooks.

Best shoe I've ever owned for exercise
Brooks shoes are pretty pricey, but these have been my absolute favorite shoes to work out in. The shoes are comfortable, supportive, strong, and breathable.After about 3 months of wearing them for heavy exercise they're showing almost no signs of degradation, aside from some slight aesthetic wearing on the heel.The sizes run a bit small so you may want to order half a size up. In my case is use Dr. Scholl's inserts and had to order a full size up from my normal size for the right fit.

Over the years I have purchased shoes from all the major manufactures and have been disappointed every time my favorite shoe was redesigned and no longer met my needs. This shoe was a great find. It is true to size, very comfortable, and the soles have great ware characteristics. In addition, the price of these shoes is $60 to $90 cheaper than the shoes I normally purchase. I will be buying a large quantity of these shoes this year.
