These work great for me.

My go to running sneaker is Brooks. I’ve been wearing them long enough that I know when purchasing off-line, the size will fit me. The size with this companyis consistent in my opinion. I do like these shoes and run them several days a week. I would purchase again.

super comfortable except for one very annoying thing

I work from home and have a standing desk, so I am on my feet all day. I would give these shoes 5 stars, but I’m knocking a star off because the first time I put them on, I noticed the padding around the top back of the left shoe was deformed. I wondered if I received a pair of previously returned shoes, since the deformity seemed like it could have been caused by someone slipping the shoes on and off without untying the laces, causing the padding to shift around (which really shouldn’t happen if the shoes are designed well). The right shoe was fine, so I thought I would see if the cushioning in the left one would even out after being worn. Unfortunately, it did not, and I’m bummed out that I didn’t just exchange them right away for another pair. I’m stuck with them now since I have worn them several times and put a few miles on them outdoors, too. I am getting used to the defect, but I do notice it, and it is annoying. Another odd thing - there is no loop in the back like so many of my other running shoes have, and I kind of miss having that.On the plus side, the soles & footbed of the shoes are cushiony and super comfortable - no pain or blisters whatsoever. My feet don’t get cramped up, and my toes have enough room. They feel solid, yet they’re lightweight, and I think they are decently breathable. I like the colorway a lot, too. I have received compliments on them.Overall, I would recommend these, and I might even order another pair - hopefully they won’t have the same issue.

best Brooks I have owned

Have owned many Brooks running shoes and I actually don't run! I finally took a chance on these hiking shoes and OMG they are GREAT. much better than running shoes for hiking. Go figure! I own Merrell hiking shoes and theses are much more comfortable. Good support, light weight, wash up well, more room in the foot bed if you want a thicker sock. I have a narrow foot and they still fit great despite the extra room. First time I wore them was in Yellowstone, hiking all day. feet felt great the entire trip. Much cheaper than Brookes Adrenaline or Ghost which is what I was wearing before. I definitely recommend them if you love to hike/walk. Maybe not for running but who knows, I'm not a runner.

Made it for every terrain

I broke these in for about 2 weeks before heading to France/Spain to walk 779kms across Spain on the Camino Frances. Over the Pyrenees Mountains, through mud, rain, over plenty of hills and mountains these trail runners held up perfectly. My only complaint would be the tiny pebbles that would get in through the fabric throughout the day but I was walking 26-30kms a day for 29 days straight. These were fantastic! I did not have a single blister in all those miles either!!! I will be buying another pair for my next camino for sure.
