Love love most comfy brooks. Can wear with or without socks
I love these step fit Brooks. I love them so much that I will have worn out two pair of them already. If you don't like to wear socks and shoes this is a great shoe for you. You can just slide them on and go. I have war socks with them and you can do that too but I like to just throw them on without socks and I just formed to your foot. I would definitely buy these over again. One of the best shoes that Brooks made.

Stealth fit are amazing
I already had this shoe in a different color and LOVED them. The stealth fit is awesome. There is no tongue to slip sideways and bunch up. They are lightweight and supportive. I am on my feet all day and these are so comfortable. My feet and legs never hurt at the end of the day. I am a pretty standard size 7 1/2, but I size up to 8 for running shoes. These shoes fit great and give enough room in the toe-box for flex and mobility. I also have arthritis in one of my big toes, and these do not aggravate my toe at all. My previous pair is white and they clean up really well. I will be purchasing these again. Hoping they get some more “hip” colors.

Levitates are worth the money
I only wear my Brooks levitates when I hit the gym for leg day or anything cardio. They give me that extra oomph I am looking for. They fit snug, but they are lightweight and springy in a way that makes your feel light on your feet. I ordered two pair of the Levitate 4s, Levitate 5s and 6s. The first pair of the sixes I tried on and immediately took them off cause they were more snug in the heel support than prior versions. However, after not being able to get any more of the older models in my size I broke down and ordered these again. This time, I stuck with it and by my third workout they were exactly what I was looking for - the feel of the older models. If you are on the fence but love the older models of levitates with the sock like ankles, stick with these. After you break them in, they feel like your old familiar pair and they are true to that lightweight supportive springy step that Levitates are known for.

Easy to wear without socks
I love that I can wear them without socks. I wear an 8 but I got 8.5 because I read that one should always go up a size with running shoes. These are not very adjustable in the laces so I wanted to be safe and am very glad i got the 8.5.They are not the most supportive or cushioned but I do feel some support and very “contacted” with my energy to the floor if that makes sense. There is all-day comfort here. I am not a runner so I can’t speak to the durability. They are a super cushy comfy fabric on top that don’t upset my diabetic delicate skin. You do have to be able to reach down to pull them on, so some flexibility is required, unlike with the pop on kind of shoes. I love that my feet do not sweat in them. A big drawback to the shoe was that it had that terrible chemical smell when it arrived, it literally made me feelLike i could not breath. The whole house seemed poisoned. So I did what i always do with anything that smells and i left them on the porch outside for 4 weeks (i know that’s a long time but that’s how long it took) inside of their box but outside on a covered porch. After that, the smell was gone and i love them. I’m just not always mobile enough to maneuver them onto my feet each day, depending on how the arthritis is. You should know that the website colors are not entirely accurate. I literally bought these because of their gorgeous purple color and they are more lilac than blue but that’s ok, still pretty.

GREAT walking/running shoes!
I am very particular about the soles of my tennis shoes. I have bought numerous other pairs (not Brooks) and ended up giving them away or returning them because the fit was uncomfortable or the sole was made from cheap material. I usually walk an hour a day and because of that, I need high quality shoes to protect my feet from aching and pain. These shoes are terrific, long-distance walking shoes! They are comfortable and stylish. I really look forward to my walks because I get to wear these shoes. Buy them! You won't regret it!

My favorite gym shoes at the moment
I've worn Brooks for years and previously wore the Bedlams. I was very disappointed when they changed them so much I couldn't wear them anymore and then I saw that they revamped them into this. They are not the same as the Bedlam but they have brought me back to loving Brooks again. They are comfortable, I love the 'sock" type fit and they are really nice looking on. My usual size 9 fits perfect. I do wish I could find another pair, but so far I've been out of luck, as it seems you usually are when you find something you love! They are everything you'd expect if you regularly wear Brooks running shoes.
