With me being left handed, it took a week in league to get used to it, and it works better now than standard felt bowling shoes on both feet. When you go to push off your power foot, your arm doesnt have to throw as hard, as tou are using your power foot to produce it.Typical shoes go for at least $160 like this, but Brunswick gives you a multiple slide sole kit but you may need to consider slide heels as well.This is the best way to go if you are serious about bowling.
