Good shower shoes for people in need
These are decent, basic foam rubber and plastic thong flip flops that come labeled by size on a card, and with stickers on EACH shoe indicating the size. I do not know what "Each pair is elegantly chic-wrapped" means in the description but the pairs are not bagged or wrapped except there is a little tie connecting them--the one that has the size tag on it.I ordered these because we've occasionally had requests for shower shoes (for use when taking a shower at the homeless shelter or gym) at my longtime volunteer job serving individuals experiencing homelessness. The mix of sizes is suitable to a group of adults of both sexes but our population skews toward men who mostly would want sizes L and XL flip flops. There are four L and one XL included in this set. Still I don't doubt we will find homes for every pair of these and the light weight makes them practical for carrying along in someone's backpack.It's likely that some of our clients will even use them as summertime footwear out on the street, though to me this style in general is not the most comfortable. The footbed of these particular flip flops is reasonably soft and the plastic thong piece is average and smooth, i personally wouldn't want to do a lot of walking in these.I am bemused that flip flops are marketed as "wedding guest" footwear. In the universe I live in, weddings are a sacred occasion in your parish church (or other house of worship--because God is Love and is involved integrally in a marriage) and the reception is someplace where there can be a meal and dancing. Everyone is fully clad in the same dignified clothing they wore to church, including actual shoes. Afterward, the happy couple (and them only) go away on a honeymoon, if they can afford it, which might be to someplace where they might wear bathing suits and flip-flops.Multi-packs of flip-flops in various sizes are, however a useful thing and purchasers will use them in varied ways.

Around ours's and anyone's pool - for guests. What a great idea!!!Sizes are drastically incorrect - but since we have a lot of kids around, these way-too-small sized flip-flops are prefect. None will fit a size 13 male. I wear a woman's 10 and XL is just barely big enough. But who cares? Makes my feet look smaller.Being somewhat of a self-proclaimed flip-flop expert, these flippers are what I would grade as no higher than "c" - as they are far to "spongy" lacking required firmness. Soles are easily penetrable by ground "stickers" if you happen to have any around - like out here in the barren unforgiving Mojave Desert.Sole design are truly "non-slip" on wet pool-side concrete - so the kiddies and intoxicated adults are protected. Most of the kids jump in the pool with the flippers on - so easy-float makes them easier to retrieve.Keep a couple of black Sharpie Pens (available on Amazon) close by - need to mark "ownership" - otherwise fights will break out over "whose is whose". Billy, Bobby, Bonnie, Becky and don't forget Freddy.Be prepared to monitor the kids (and adult) "flip-flop wars" - flinging the flippers like boomerangs in water polo style battles.Color is universal - with good overall quality.Would not recommend the use of these for long-term daily flippers in the outside world - as they will only last a small amount of time compared to a $14 pair of Lavra's. But for the money, these are a great value. Actually, personally, I have failed to wear a pair out yet.
