These are a great conservative pair of dress shoes that go with many different outfits. You can use these for work, church, and other formal or business casual events. The material is nice, although I've somehow managed to scratch the leather on my pair already. I docked one star simply because the cost to comfort ratio is lacking. These aren't the most uncomfortable shoes I've ever worn, but for the price, I was expecting something at least a little comfortable. Alas, that was not the case. Other than that, the fit is great, the design is nice, and the overall look is modest and versatile.

This is my first pair of C. Paravano shoes, and I am impressed.I admit that I have a thing for shoes, and I have a lot of shoes. I don't have any Mary Jane style shoes. Normally I avoid this style because this style has a back, which tends to skin the back of my heel at the top of the shoe. But when I spotted these with a sling back, well that's a different story. I can wear sling-backs without any issues.It's funny how a well-made shoe is noticeable right away. The materials used, the fit, the shape—there's just something about a really good shoe that feels different when worn. These are really good shoes.They are not particularly padded on the bottom, and yet they are comfortable. Not like walking around a theme park all day, comfortable. That is best left for padded and contoured sandals. But these would be go-out-for-the-evening shoes, or wear all day, as long as you have a desk job shoes. I feel that at the end of a long day of wearing them, they would not rub or be uncomfortable. They just would not be my preference for walking a long day because I prefer really soft, padded shoes for that.Anyway, they fit true to size. I wear an 8.5 - 9 M, and I ordered the 8.5. It is a bit snug at the toe area, so in this case, a size 9 might have worked better. But I do feel that using them for a day will give them the little bit of stretch and contour needed to have them fit comfortably all over.The medium width is perfect for anyone with a medium-width foot.I'm really happy with these, and I am dying to wear them out, so I'm finding just the right outfit so I can wear them tomorrow.They are classy and also sweet. I love the off white with the black because they can be more casual or formal depending on what they are worn with, and this is a classic combination of colors that will match so much.I'm happy with these. Although they are at a higher price point, it's clear from the moment they are held and worn that these shoes will last a long time. Their timeless design ensures that they will never go out of style.

On trend, comfortable
I got these for my daughter and she loves them! She says they’re comfortable, even though her feet are a bit wide. The quality is great and the two tone mary jane style is on trend and perfect for the office. The support is decent but you wouldn’t expect to walk far in office shoes.I don’t think these are leather so the price is on the high side but the quality is there.
