Cute Comfort. . .vs. Just Comfort
LOVED them!! Honestly! I was leaving for a week's vacation to the beach and three days prior to leaving, I was looking for a closed-toe, mesh-type slip-on that I could wear both onto the beach as well as all-day lounging around the resort. During my search, I came across these slip-ons. The reviews were a mix, in terms of sizing, but as with anything ordered online, it's always going to be hit-or-miss. As these slip-ons fell in line with what I was looking for, I took 'the gamble'. . .and it payed off. I wear between a size 7.5 and 8 (depending on the shoe type), ordered the 8 and the fit was perfect. And talk about COMFEEE!?! They're thick/durable, pliable, and have an OH-SO-PILLOWY feeling while not at all heavy or clunky. I was undecided whether to order them in black, white, silver, or blue (the colors in my bathing suit) but decided on the silver which I thought would probably be a blaring, garish silver-lame (pronounced la'may). SURPRISE! NOPE. . .the color was more like a 'quiet'/subtle grey white (another thumbs up!). For me, these slips-ons met all the categories of functionality, durability, and well worth the value for the money. Now that I'm back from vacation (as of this writing), I've already considered ordering another pair or two (in different colors), as they're also worth having for simply wearing around the house, for quick - or long - runs to the store, and DEFINITELY to the beach or the pool. As a final note, I enjoy the comfort of my CROCS, but I already know my first choice will be to kick around in these slips-ons. . .as they're also much cuter (lol)!! I highly recommend!! :-)
