OMG! Holy Sh** (Shoe) Lol. Now that I have your attention: I really do not have the time to write reviews. However, since Siri is doing the typing for me through my voice, I am very happy to do this one. I was really pleasantly surprised with these boots. First off, who orders shoes over the Internet without trying them on or seeing them first? I guess, I do. A picture can only tell you so much. It does not tell you if they are comfortable, fit correctly, look nice with what you are wearing, or anything else for that matter.These boots are not only VERY comfortable, but they fit perfectly. They are an EXTREMELY well-made boot, smelled like fresh, warm, delicious boots coming out of the oven. Wait a minute, this is not a food item! However, if I could eat them, I probably would (NOT)! Let’s get serious now: I have a pair of boots just like these. I got them for a quarter of the price on Groupon. They are NOT the same company, quality, and they are not the same brand. What really reeled me in on these is that they are elevator shoes. Now I am in no means short, however, I am only 5‘8“ tall. I always wanted to be about 5 foot 10 or 5 foot 11. I guess it just wasn’t in the cards for me. But these discreet, well made boots, give me almost 3 inches in height with out it being noticed by looking at the footwear. It’s really quite ingenious.My wife noticed right away that I was taller. She asked me if I took some sort of super vitamin or something, LOL. I told her that I did not take any kind of vitamin but I purchased a new pair of shoes. I will be honest and let you know that for the first several steps I felt like I was a man in high heels and had to get used to walking. I was able to conquer that pretty effectively and quickly. I am now comfortable in my own shoes, so to speak. These boots were over $130 which I thought was a little bit high. But after getting these boots and seeing the outcome I definitely would do this again, again, again, and again. I am very happy with the fit, comfortability, and this sleek and gorgeous look of the shoes. I also like the fact that they have zippers on both sides of each boot. If you are looking for a boot and you want to grow a couple of inches (vertically men), then this is a no brainer.I just felt compelled to write a review because I am so happy with this purchase. I also have the Amazon prime card which gives me 5% back which is $6.67 and I get to pay it off over six months which is an added bonus being that I’ve been ordering off the hook since I’ve been in quarantine.

Wish they have a no-height option
These are very nice shoes, but I just don't need the additional height, not when it makes me feel like I'm wearing a mens high heel even if it doesn't look it. I can't imagine being comfortable walking in these all day so I had to return them. I gave 4 stars but really I should rate it as I feel they are made for a niche purpose which I don't prioritize.

Works well after a learning curve
This was my first time with elevator shoes. They definitely take some getting used to, so you'll want to ease into them. (I slipped going down stairs. The walking motion is definitely different, and your ankle will probably be a little unstable until you get used to them.)I tried a couple of Calto shoes, and my heel kept on slipping out. Also, when wearing them, it seemed pretty obvious that I was wearing elevator shoes, because I could still see most of my heel. In contrast, these boots are much better. My heel doesn't slip out. (Also, I'm wearing a size that is 0.5-1.0 sizes smaller than usual, to help further with that.) And with the boots, nobody can tell that you're wearing elevator shoes, because your heel is hidden.After wearing them in, they're comfortable enough.The added height is nice - it gives you a different view of the world. But it's not so much height that your colleagues notice that you're wearing unusual shoes.They're made of so-called "genuine" leather, so I don't expect the finish to last too long (edit: after two years, they're still holding up pretty well - better than I expected). I wish they offered full-grain or at least top-grain leather.Two years in, I would definitely buy these again.

Will hurt the sides of your leg and has a loose fit
I wore this expensive pair of boots one day and i don't think I will wear it again. It looks really nice but it hurts the side of your legs and it feels like your walking with a pair of slippers.
