I was initially quite pleased with these boots. They look fantastic and are very comfortable, plus the zipper on the side makes them incredibly easy to slip on and off super convenient. However, I was disappointed to find that they may not be built to last. Within the first 10 days, the pull loop came off, which was a bit of a letdown. For the price, I expected a bit more sturdiness. They’re perfect if you’re looking for style and comfort, but I’d question their durability for everyday use.

Disappointing Quality & Unreliable Warranty

I purchased these on September 24, 2024, expecting quality and durability from this brand. Unfortunately, by February 4, 2025, a tear appeared on the side—just four months in.The real disappointment came when I contacted customer service about their two-year guarantee, only to be told I needed to go through the seller instead. I explained that I bought these because of the brand’s reputation, not because of the retailer (6pm.com), but they refused to take responsibility.If a company won’t stand behind its own guarantee, how can customers trust its products? Sadly, I no longer do. I would not recommend these.
