These tap shoes are well made and comfortable for kids. They fit true to size and stay secure thanks to the adjustable lace and buckle. The taps make a nice clear sound, which is great for practice and performances. They also look cute and professional on stage. Overall, a great choice for young dancers.
It is great value for the shoes. We know nothing about tap shoes and bought these. They were easy for my daughter to put on. They are very durable and comfortable for her. She loves to wear them! And they fit her perfectly!
Beautiful shoes, they run small by two sizes though so order up!
I took a stab at ordering these for my daughter because I didn't have anything to go off since I have never needed to purchase tap shoes before. They looked a little narrow and I thought they might be snug on the sides of her feet, but she said they were comfortable and she seemed to be walking around just fine in them so time may tell but very happy with our purchase. I'd say they are true to size but size up if you are unsure. As far as how they look, they are adorable. I love that they have a band across the top of the foot to hold them securely and then lace on top to tie a bow - so cute! They seem well made and I think they will hold up nice through my daughters first tap classes!
Great quality and so cute! Have to return though due to shoe being very narrow and the shoe not running true to size. Will re-purchase, but definitely sizing up and going for the wide option!

My daughter usually wears a size 7M, just recently went from 6 to 7. I ordered 7M and they were too small and narrow. I exchanged for a 7.5 Wide and they are PERFECT! She has room for growth and they are not too wide or narrow. She's only 2.5 years old, so I don't know how long the shoes or the classes will last! Either way they are adorable and beautiful quality. They have an elastic strap beneath the wide ribbon laces that keeps them secure. You can completely take off the laces if you'd like, which is helpful for a curious toddler that can't re-tie her own shoe. The ballet class asked that they not have the laces. You can't buy those elastic straps anywhere online! So these are the PERFECT shoe!!!I made the mistake of waiting too long to buy and had to buy a pair from Payless for my other daughter (5yo). They have a special line "Spotlights" of ballet and tap shoes endorsed by the American Ballet Theatre. They were $26.99 and didn't have the elastic beneath the ribbon laces. I really like the quality of this Capezio shoe better than Payless. Capezio tights are also great color and quality!
