Nice quality came fast

I did the try to buy option. Although this is a great way to try things and make sure you want them before you buy it like in a store, especially with shoes which I am glad I had done, since these shoes run small for their US sizes, as if you are a size 5.5 wide (advisable to get wide) in US size, then a size 7 wide would be perfect, and if you are buying for a growing kid, like me, I got the 7.5 wide and it fits nicely with room to grow. The exchange is great and loved how it was easy to do except that you can't arrange for them to pick them up when they deliver the pair that you order for exchange. Not sure why that is, had to take an uber (since I don't have transportation) to the UPS store but it went really quick, a scan of the QR codes and dropped it off, no problems and no labels to print. Easy peasy. So if you have no problems getting the return to a UPS store, or Amazon location, or post office it's not hard to return them at all and much simpler than the old way of returns.I'm happy with the shoes, they are very nice and my grandauther loves them.

Well made shoes but sizing is way off

These shoes are great but beware on the sizing. Even though these are listed as women’s shoes, I bought them for my daughter who currently wears a size 4. Her size 3.5 kids shoes from the same brand were getting too tight and there was no size up under the kids listings. So I got her a size 4.5 in the women’s and they were actually about the same size or slightly smaller than the current ones she had that are too small! So I finally ordered another whole size up, 5.5 in women’s and that seemed to finally fit her. However, comparing those to the old shoes she had (the kids 3.5), they look to only be about half a size larger overall. So be very careful when ordering or you’ll need to make at least a couple returns to get the size right.

Comfortable, elegant look, and nice sound

My daugher has a narrow foot and wears a size 5 youth and 6 to 6.5 in women's street shoe. I sized up to a 7 and the fit her perfect with a little room to grow. Hopefully, we get the full dance season out of them. The shiney black and bows have an elegant, classic look. Most important she says they're very comfortable, and they have a nice sound when she's dancing. Very happy with these, and would recommend. Size up a half size from street shoe if you have a narrow foot, and a full size if you have an average to wider foot, or want room to grow.

Amazing Quality! Go up 1/2 a size

These tap shoes are excellent for beginner tap dancers. Although the heel is rather low in contrast to better quality taps, they are very cushioned and do not feel uncomfortable/tight around the toe and heel area as most poorly made taps often do. There is an elastic band beneath the adjustable ribbon (so really, yes the ribbon can tighten the shoe, but the elastic keeps the shoe on your foot on its own) and the faux patent leather is very cute. Overall, the shoes look and feel like excellent quality for such an amazing price. I am also very pleased to see that the rivets and taps were already attached, that's always a plus. But beware, these do scuff floors! As for sizing, my foot measures 9 and 3/4 inches using a ruler and I usually wear an 8.5 in Nikes women sneakers (sometimes a 9 in other brands). I purchased a 9 1/2 and it fits excellent with some moving space. I suppose I could have tried a 9 but I wouldn't risk it. Basically, go up a half size!

Capezio women's N625 Jr Tyette Tap Shoe , Black Patent

I wear a women's size 9 wide but when I ordered that size they were to small so I easily returned them and ordered a size 9 1/2 wide and they fit great! I really like the quality and looks of these shoes. The taps sound perfect. I bought my tap shoes to dance to music as a form of exercise. Two of my granddaughters, ages 6 and 7, want to tap dance with me so I'm going to buy them Capezio tap shoes. We'll tap dance to most of the songs by today's artists like Adele, Ke$ha, Lady Gaga, Katy Perry, Rhianna, Beyonce, Goyte, Calvin Harris, Maroon 5, LMFAO and others,, and older artists like Michael Jackson, Depeche Mode, Beatles, Bon Jovi and Paula Abdul and more. I just received my new shoes so I'm anxious to get started on my exercise program. I'm also going to tap dance with my best friend who will be line dancing at the same time. I used to tap dance for fun when I was a child and then again when I was middle aged and now that I'm 65 years old I'm ready to start again!
