These pads really save my feet when I belly dance. They keep my feet from getting calloused from all the dancing. Make sure you order the correct size because if they are too big they will slip off during dancing.
I like ordering this type of product from Amazon as I save money. My daughter needs dance accessories constantly and these Capezio Jelz are super comfortable and durable. I highly recommend them.
I'm a newbie to dancing so this was my first time purchasing a product of this kind, I did go by a sizing chart and based on my shoe size I needed to order a large but I have rather slender feet so a medium would have been better because it doesn't fit snug an stay in place like it should. The item itself is very nice material and very well made, I will order again for correct size :)
They fit perfectly, and don't twist off my feet when I pirouette!! Total win.

Very useful in my Pilates and Yoga, and slide sandals with heels.. Very Comfy and cutei will buy more soon...
