Safety toe

These boots are not soft toe they have aluminum alloy safety toe. Also these boots are assembled with the direct attach method instead of the Goodyear welt construction. This means that the soles are just glued on instead of being glued and sewn on.

Terrible Quality Boot - Pick Something Else!

What happened to Carhart quality?? We ordered these boots at the end of March and by the beginning of August the soles had separated from the body! I think for almost $200 and the name Carhart, our expectation of boots lasting for more than 5 months was not unreasonable. Guess we we wrong. Oh, and the return window closed in April. No more Carhart for this family.
