I was very weary about ordering these since they're slip-on without zippers; I've been burned by that in the past. Thankfully these slipped right on easily and without issue.The outside is a soft, supple leather like material. Inside there's a very soft fabric lining to separate you from the outer material. It's because of this felt lining that I was able to slip these on and off so easily.Between the felt and the suppleness of the outer material, these boots flexed and conformed to my manly feet very well, resulting in a nearly perfect fit.Walking in them was an experience. The height of the heel coupled with a more forward placement resulted in these feeling higher than expected. Once I got a feel for where my center on balance was, I was able to walk around comfortably and stably. It's hard to describe, but wearing these really boosted my confidence and made me feel sexy and feminine.They look awesome as well. Because of the felt lining these would work better in cooler weather, but I'm already planning outfits to wear these with. I eagerly await autumn just so I have an excuse to wear these.I'd definitely say these are worth the USD$70 (at time of review) asking price for these, the look, the feel, the confidence are well worth it. But since it pushes your center of balance up and forward, they're not for everyone.

I'm a novice when it comes to heels so keep that in mind. These boots fit great but I find myself deliberately taking each step; it's really easy to tilt in. They look great though and I can imagine myself wearing these with a number of different outfits. I'm just going to need to do a test run at a grocery store or something for practice.

There things I like about these boots but the dislikes outweighed the likes.The pair I received (if the bottoms had been scuffed up more), seemed like they were worn before. There were spots on them right out of the box that made them look not new. I am not sure if that is a defect from manufacturing, shipping or packaging but they didn't look like a brand new pair of boots. They didn't seem to be put together very well either. Like there were a couple spots that the glue used to hold the bottom together had come out.The boot outer material seemed cheap as well. I am guessing that they got scuffed in the box during shipping but there is no way they would look new for long as easy as it is to scuff them up.Speaking of material though, the inside of these boots are AWESOME. The lining was very comfortable. That was the best thing about the boot for me.The height of the boot material does not match description nor the pictures. The front does not sit that high up, it falls down. Now with that being said, with big (fat) feet, this did make it easy to put the boot on.Now for the actual walking in these boots... I am a larger girl, and do not wear these type of heels very often, but these boots didn't seem very stable under my weight. Yes I know that is asking a lot of the heel... But I don't think it would take much for them to break.The last thing I did not like about them, they seemed to flatten out under the parts of my foot that weight pushes on. That smashed spot was on the inside of the boot and pushed onto the outside to the soul of the boot. That was just with one wear and only walking around the house. Again I am a big girl, but I don't think it would take long for them to wear out even on a skinny woman.I really wanted to love these boots but I can't.
