Thouroughly impressed with these steel-toe boots from CAT (Caterpillar brand). The quality is exceptional, very durable and tough! I wear a size 9 usually in tennis shoes, but this size 10 fits surprisingly well with good space. I tend to get a size larger in workboots as sometimes I find they might be very tight compared to other loose fitting shoes I have. I wanted to give myself footroom in that regard, and I am glad I did. These fit perfect and do well. They are comfortable for being a hefty steel-toe boot. These are definitely work boot quality and from the rugged quality, these should last for a LONG time. I don't do any ultra rugged work, but I do like having work boots handy for various work related scenarios, especially needing ones that are waterproof and with steel-toe protection.For the price you pay for these and the quality you get, these are DEFINITELY a worthy contender for a quality work boot.I like the non-slip rubber sole, and the waterproof, though I have not tested the waterproofing capabilities yet, I feel confident these would keep my feet dry if I happened to step into ankle high water levels. These aren't your ultra light tennis shoes, but they are nice and rugged.One thing I might complain about if I were to find anything to complain about is when I bend my foot (kneeling down), the toe section bends and I can feel the steel-toe protection pressing on the top of my foot. This isn't so much a problem, but something I've noticed. It's really the nature of the steel around the toes in a steel-toe boot.

Rugged Steel Toe Boots That Feel Built To Last
I’ve been wearing these boots for a couple weeks now for yard work, garage projects, and a few longer days where I’m on my feet a lot. They feel like legit work boots the second you put them on. Solid, supportive, and they give you that “my feet are protected” feeling without being miserable to walk in.Comfort wise, the inside lining feels nice and the footbed has enough cushion that my feet aren’t smoked after a long day. Traction is also really good. Wet grass, muddy spots, slick concrete, they’ve stayed planted. The waterproofing has held up great in rain and puddles as long as you’re not stepping into water higher than the boot.The steel toe is obviously the main reason to buy these and it does its job. The only time I really notice it is when I’m kneeling or bending my foot a lot, I can feel the toe area press a bit on the top of my foot. Not a deal breaker, just something to know. Overall I’m very happy with these and I expect them to last a long time.

Strong protection with solid construction
I have used these CAT Striver XL boots for daily and demanding work, and the quality feels superior from the first wear. Can't Beat Cat Boot Quality
These are very well made boots. The build quality and feel of the material is exceptional. Right out of the box these are comfortable and with a week of work they've really molded to my feet. The insole kind of forms around your foot over time and this combined with the bottom sole gives a very planted and secure footing. The toe protection isn't overly heavy so the boot feels balanced. Sizing was perfect for my feet. I'd recommend getting your normal size. The toe area has enough room that even when kneeling down your toes aren't pushed up against the toe cup. The material around the ankles opening is soft and flexible. The tongue is sewn in to help keep dirt and debris out of the boot. Overall one of my favorite boots. I can wear these for 10 hour shifts without any issues. Grippy soles on wet surfaces.

Attractive set of boots with the classic honey color that matches with everything. Was able to get them to fit a size 9 1/2 without being too large. Extremely comfortable but takes some getting used to as far as walking goes. This is due to the steel toe front end. This has been the case with all of my steel toe boots, so nothing new there. They are extremely durable and waterproof. They are also resistant to slipping and sliding around, thanks to the soles. Overall, a wonderful option. I’m happy with them. I RECOMMEND.
