These boots are tough and heavy, fit super snug but not rubbing on my toes.
These boots feel TOUGH. I love that they slip on and fit very snugly without feeling like my toes are rubbing. Out of the box they are incredibly stiff, but after some initial wear they are starting to break in a bit. I work on a lot of DIY home construction and car projects so it's nice to have steel toe boots when I inevitably end up dropping something on my feet. I haven't tested dropping anything on the toe, but it feels extremely solid when trying to squeeze on the toe of the boot by hand. I have no doubts these will offer great foot protection. The boots are super grippy on concrete even in the wet. I also like how these look, clearly a work boot but still semi casual. There are pull tabs on both front and back to aid in slipping the boots on and they work well. I usually wear a 10 to 11 depending on brand, I went with size 10 here and could probably also fit into the 10.5, but I think the 10.5 might fit looser which could let my foot side around and cause blisters, so I prefer the tighter fit of the 10. The only drawback is they are kind of clunkers (heavy), but I'd rather the weight than sacrifice durability and protection.
