These shoes are light weight and are comfortable to wear for my 12 hour shift. I did get these while they were on sale so they were definitely worth what I paid. I like the dash of unique color. The cloth backing makes a snug fit to prevent the shoe from slipping off without cutting into the back of my ankle like some shoes can do. The soles are thick which gives me hope that these shoes will last me some time.
The shoe fits well and I really like the arch support. It keeps my feet comfortable.
I needed a pair of steel toes for work, and these ones looked pretty cute! The cat brand had always appealed to me for style and durability. What I didn’t anticipate was these becoming the most comfortable shoes in my collection. I have high arches, and plantar fasciitis. So these may not be for everyone. But for myself, standing and moving for 10 hr days, these don’t make me want to cut my feet off. They are insanely comfortable to me. I will say the heel height is something to be aware of. There is height on these, and they’re sneakers, so there’s not a lot of additional ankle support. If you need arch support, with thick soles for shock absorption, and simultaneously a lightweight feel, these are a solid bet. If you’re working all day in these-- consider a wide. You’ll want some room when your feet swell.
It didn't work for me; it's very heavy. It's not that it's of poor quality, but it's not for everyone. I still have them new because I missed the return date.
Shoes are a lot heavier than I expected. But they're still comfortable and they're exactly as described so I can't complain too much. I love Caterpillar shoes! I'm surprised more people don't know about them!
