Long time chaco flip flop wearer. These have great arch support like you'd expect. This is the kind with more of a hard/plastic type sole instead of the kind with more of a hard foam type sole - if you have had chacos nefore you know. The black and white strap is neutral enough, feels a little snug compared to my old worn in ones but it's OK. Great flip flops.
I always buy Chaco flip flops. They last long and worth the price. It has arch support and color pink looks so cute. Highly recommended for value and quality.

I own a couple of pairs of classic sandals and expected these to be similar. I terms of the instep support and heel area they are. Unfortunately these flip flops only come in one width, medium. Owing to this I ordered a size up from my usual size as I need wide shoes.For me the length of the shoe seems to be fine but the width is not enough nor was allowance of the strap. The toe box area was not enough for my wide feet even with sizing up. The straps were tight to the point of me writing off this particular pair of flip flips. The placement of the strap between the toes may also be a bit too far forward, but I was unable to properly gauge this as the shoe was too small for me.Due to this I have returned the shoes, and upon some research I've ordered the equivalent men's size as it is said that the men's regular (M) width is equal to that of a women's wide (W). Hopefully that will do the trick as I have enjoyed this brand of shoes.
I went up a full size and the straps are still VERY tight and the toe connection is not in the right place for the shape of the footbed. It makes the ball of your foot fall short of the place on the footbed where it’s meant to be. It’s far too aggressive in arch shape and the toe curves upward in a really odd and aggressive way. Just wish they made these in a flat flip-flop profile with less aggressive arch contour. The rubber sole is great quality, but back they go.
I've used Chaco brand flip-flops for years and love these! These fit great, true to size.
