Very lightweight, easy to clean, quick dry (I’ve worn these in the river as my water shoes with no issues). They fit great, my feet are very narrow and sandals are always a challenge for me. Nice quality sandals I would definitely buy these again! I was never a fan of Chaco’s in the past, I’ve always thought they looked dorky but this all black pair is a cute style.
I really wanted to like these, but: 1. These run large. I am a classic 7 with narrow and pretty low-arched feet, and these 7s are enormous on me. If you're going for it, I'd recommend a full size down. 2. The strap that holds the heel is not adjustable. This was the ultimate deal-breaker. Why would you have one side adjustable but not the other side/heel strap?? This resulted in the sandals flopping around almost falling off my feet because there's no way to secure the heel. 3. Even the strap that IS adjustable has problems. I tightened it all the way to the end, and now I have a long string of strap just trailing off my sandal, no way to secure it. Just bizarre. I left 2 stars because at the very least they feel sturdy and high quality and maybe would work for someone with larger feet. Just wish they advertised they were made for wide, high-arched feet only or something. Unwearable for me. Have to return. :(
Great fit, all day comfort. I haven't tried hiking in them as yet but they have good support walking about on uneven surfaces all day. No flat soles are going to like these - they have an arch, as I hoped for. I find the straps easy to adjust and they stay comfortably snug without getting tighter (or looser) in any area. No chafing, no flopping about. I can't think of a bad thing to say about them.
