Durable and so uncomfortable

I usually wear size 7 but my foot did not fit into the shoe. So I ordered a size 8, somehow managed to insert my foot into the shoes, but it is so tight that both my feet turned blue and started camping up. The shoes is beautiful and well built, but these are so uncomfortable I'll be returning them a second time. I wore them for 10min at home and started to have blisters. The adjustable strap is too long and float under the sole and they dont seem to be water proof. I bought these to replace an old pair I bought in 2019 and feel very disappointed that this pair of shoes was poorly designed. My feet are narrow for reference.

They run small

The clog runs on the smaller narrow side. I typically wear a size 8 in this brand of shoe. This clog from the top of the foot to the sole of the foot is very narrow. They are hard to get in your foot as the back strap has no stretch to it. The only thing I like about the shoe is the way it looks and I typically love this brand. I’m very sad about this shoe and the way it fits.

Do not size up unless you wear wide; these run wide and are plenty long

Very nice shoe, as usual from Chaco. Love the quality and the foot bed, which is formed perfectly to my foot, super comfy and supportive. That said, despite the reviews I read here and elsewhere, I found these both wide and long. I mostly wear 9½ in other brands and narrow if I can find them but buy 9s in Chaco sandals that aren't offered in half sizes. I ordered a 10 in this shoe because of the reviews I'd read saying they're tight and short. They are not. Having to return them for a 9.
