Others said to size up, I wear a size 10 0r 11 in women's shoes so ordered these in a size 11. Them fit me perfectly in length, but are a little lose on the width. (So I don't know if they do run small or not) Not lose enough to not comfortably wear them though so I'm happy. Came fast, in clean box and no scuffs or weird marks. Ok quality zipper and no weird smell.

Great for the price. The fit is as expected and they're pretty comfy, but don't offer much support so I'd recommend insoles. I get compliments on these boots all the time and people tend to think they're Doc Martens! I did wear them so much that the rubber sole split and I had to get a new pair, but I think that was a fluke.

Good at first, then things changed

Update: months later after regular use, they’re still squeaky. I did all the things you’re supposed to do besides breaking them in, like apply oil, etc., and they’re still squeaky. I can only wear them to public places like the grocery, or else the sound is so loud it’s annoying. I can’t wear them to work like I’d hoped. Also, though they fit well when I got them, they stretched to the point where they’re a size too big for me, so they shuffle around when I walk in them. They still look good and are in good shape, but not as perfect as they seemed at first.Original post:They fit well and are perfectly comfortable, and accomplish what I want — to make this short girl slightly taller and put me at the low side of average in terms of height! My only issue is that they’re really loud and squeaky, but hopefully when they’re fully broken in they will quiet down.

Super squeaky, broke in days.

DO NOT get these boots if you're looking to wear them as your dailies, or even more than a few times. I wore them for five days, and the platform completely detached from the soft pleather. I tried using shoe goo to repair, but the platform is apparently completely hollow with no infill, and the shoe goo just dripped inside and didn't reattach anyways. If you have wide feet, it'll also rip them apart quicker. It's a bit comfortable for the first day or so, but breaking them in means *breaking* them in. The insole collapsed into the platform, and then the heel separated due to cheap glue and only 85 degree heat. I then ordered a replacement pair, and the next pair I got broke even quicker somehow, and in the exact same way. It seems as though this company cut every corner possible and in turn created the worst shoes I've ever owned.
