These are exactly what I wanted, so I could use them as "house shoes." The soles aren't as bulky as I thought they'd be (which is good), and they are comfortable. As others have said, definitely size up; I wear a true size 44, and bought size 46, which fit well (I probably could have gotten a size 45). Not sure about durability over time as I just got them, but they seem well made and will last "long enough."
I go thru 2 pairs a year for many years, they don't last , but they are comfortable. I like the ones with the rubber bottom over the cotton bottom ones. Although I like the feel of the cotton bottom ones better, you really can never wear those outside of the house. They disintegrate pretty fast if you do. These are great to throw in a bag also.
I use them as house slippers that are also good for leaving the house in. These ran true to size and were comfortable.
I looked at a lot of these and decided on this pair. They fit well (11 1/2 to 12) and are great to wear doing exercises

the elastic on both shoes on both sides tore almost right away. they no longer stay on my feet
