I ordered these to use while working around my pond and gardens. I realized they are quite durable, totally waterproof and retain the sheen!! They still look new and I can still wear them in town if needed. I bought the same size I normally wear. They were worn with socks and quite comfortable and warm.

We have a farm and these have been fantastic. Comfortable, waterproof, and even cute not that it matters on the farm. The calf area is a little small for my sister, so if you have issues with that sort of thing you might have a problem with these.
I bought these when my Sperry boots fell apart-they are fine, I’m 5’3” and they are a bit higher on the calf-so far they are holding up without cracks.
I had a pair of Chelsea height Chookas before for years and loved them but they don't keep you dry/clean in the PNW kind of rainstorm or mucking stalls, so I wanted these taller ones. Very comfy in the footed, but the shaft is very narrow. I tried them on in shorts and felt like I had almost no wiggle room at the calf. Which means even leggings might be our of the question. These were supposed to be new. I was sent a used pair. The insole in one boot is creased and smashed and both have someone's foot prints on them. I can see the marks from their bare feet!
