STILL THE BEST RAIN BOOTS ON THE MARKET!!!!
I am SOOOO glad I found these boots. My 10+ year old Hunter boots had fallen apart. It was so difficult finding replacements for them. Then I came across these babies!!! They are comfortable and fit my elephant sized calves with room to spare!!! I could walk in them all day long. I’m not afraid of my feet getting soaked in the rain anymore. What protection!! I hope they outlast the Hunter Boots by another 10 years. If they don’t, I’ll just buy another pair!!!Well, they lasted for at least 6 years. I had to put insoles to increase the cushioning. One boot ripped a bit on the side, and the heel on the other became very worn. I was wondering why my foot was wet. I looked and found a slight opening in the heel. So, as I said in 4/18, I bought another pair and I LOVE THE UPGRADE!!!!! The Memory Foam and Improved Traction on the bottom are a Triple Plus! They are much more comfortable than before! They are still roomy and fit my calves very well. I believe with these new additions they will last longer this time! If not, I’ll just buy another pair!

very comfy
My wife's review: Very cute & very comfy. A bit big, but not uncomfortable, more "loose fitting" around my foot. Room for a pair of heavy winter socks without being tight. Even comfortable slipped on barefoot for a quick run out to grab the dog from the muddy backyard without the time waste of socks & tying laces. Perfect at calf, slips on over jeans, yoga pants and even jammy flannels without a struggle. Have not gone on a 1/2 hour jaunt, but did end up wearing all day at work (desk job) when I forgot to bring my shoes to change into and they were comfortable with my many ups & downs from my desk to the printer & file cabinets.

they fit! They worked too.
Update: Aug 2022- these are worn fall and spring during rainy season and breakup season in Alaska. I've had them two years now and dispite some weathering and mud they look brand new. The sole sliding out means they've been lost at this point which effects the comfort of the boot for longer walks but they're holding up and still my go to slip on shoe up here lol.Well i have 17.5 inch calves and smaller ankles so finding a boot that would fit the calves without being huge on the ankle was a challenge. I honestly didn't care about if people said the top strap broke off because I wasn't planning on using it haha. With no leggings I can wear these with the top strap buckled but with leggings or pants I feel its a bit too tight and will break the strap so imma let it hang. I attached pictures of all angles and you can see im not a small woman. Im 5 foot 2 and 230lbs. And i have large legs. These fit great i love the insole though it slides a bit when taking your foot out. They kept me dry and my legs decently warm in 28 degree weather. Ill attach a picture of the weather I wore them in. It was snowing an then got to 33 and everything started melting. I didnt wear them long just to check the mail and waiting on door dash. Thanks covid. But they did decent. Leggings and these boots with socks and I was ok for about 20 minutes out in the cold. I wouldn't recommend them for winter walks though

Fits like a glove
Update:These barely lasted 6 months before the body of the boot started to separate from the sole. I carried on wearing them for yard work, but then they got a whole-ass rip down the side so now they’re unusable.Really wish these were more durable, but I guess for the price, I shouldn’t be surprised.—-Original review:I've been watching these boots for years, and when the last pair of black boots in an 11 were clearanced down to $28, I snagged them. So I did buy these, but I got a really good deal on them, which does affect my view of these boots.I have very wide calves (21.5 inches), and these fit perfectly, but I am not able to buckle the top buckle. I'm going to do some sort of MacGyvering to get them to work, because I've never had rain boots fit without having to fold the top down. I think punching one extra hole in the top buckle's strap will be enough to get these to work. I am STOKED.I *LOVE* that the ankle on this boot isn't enormous. They really fit the way boots are meant to, with just enough room for a thick pair of socks and some skinny jeans. Normally, wide-calf boots are so huge in the ankle that it's impractical to even wear them because they slip around (seriously -- have some of these manufacturers even seen legs before??). So these are great. While the insole is advertised as a memory foam, it's really just your standard foam insert. Nothing special. But there is a bit of arch support built into the shoe itself, and the heel is made of a solid rubber (as opposed to some of the cheaper rain boots with hollow heels). All in all, great shoes, but I'm not sure I'd buy them again at full price. It seems weird that the boot would expand to 22 inches but the strap at the back won't accommodate all of the circumference. I understand there's a fashion element to all of this, but this would be a great boot for a LOT of people with big legs, and I think Chooka is missing the mark here.Still, 5 stars, and I can't wait for it to rain! :D

Comfortable, cute...cheap material.
Cute, fit well, comfortable. HOWEVER, made cheap for the price. My first pair both split within a few months of general wear. I bought a 2nd pair because I thought maybe it was just me. And I bought my friend a pair. BOTH of our buckles tore off last night after they hit the door jam when we were getting out of the car. If I’m paying $50 for a pair of rubber boots I expect them to be a little more durable. Will not be buying again.
