Comfortable Patent Leather Platform Heels

As someone who struggles in stilettos and heels above 4 inches, these were a pleasant surprise to me. These platform sandaled heels are actually very comfortable, stable, and easy to walk in! The patent leather on the ankle/heel strap is a a little stretchy, while the toe straps are less flexible. I appreciate the thickness of the block heel and the height on the platform, which make the shoes easier to walk in.The style itself is really cute and flattering on the foot, and the nude color makes the shoe versatile and wearable with a different colors. The little gold brand charm isn't overbearing or an eyesore, which is nice. Fit is true to size, but I have wide feet and short toes, so sometimes my pinkie toes try to slide out from under the straps.My main qualm with these shoes is the smell, though it's not severe. They just smell a little plastic-y and chemical-y, but I feel like the smell will go away with time and if the shoes are stored outsize of the box. I think the value for the price is pretty fair considering the comfort and walkability of the shoes alone. 8/10 would recommend!

Two stars for being cute and decently constructed. They’re not the most comfortable shoes ever, but I didn’t expect them to be.The fit is super weird, though. I don’t have particularly thin ankles or anything but those straps connecting the ankle part to the sole are really loose and don’t look great. The bottom is a bit slippery, so for me my foot slid forward a little despite the actual shoe being fairly narrow. You could get away with it for pictures, though.
