Perfect Shoe for Outside on the Acreage
Bought these shoes for the almost 3 yr old grandson to wear outside on our acreage. They're perfect! Light weight, breathable, fairly easy to get on and off a squirming kid, fasten securely with a velcro strap and stay on. Soles are sturdy enough to protect his feet but not at all cumbersome for him to wear. So far they've seen mud, dirt, asphalt, grass and horse poop. He rides his balance bike in them and walks/runs up and down hills without slipping. They've been peed on, too! (Potty training.) I took the removable insoles out, washed the whole shebang in the sink and they dried quickly. They haven't been in the woods or creek yet but that's coming and I have no doubt these shoes will be up to the task.

Its good till its not
They were good till they weren't. My daughter loved how comfy, lightweight and breathable they were but they didnt hold up for camp. This is her third week at day camp which is by a lake, very rocky terrain, woodsy area. The black rubber at the bottom started lifting. I had to use super glue for the time being but will eventually throw it out. I am currently ordering a new pair of from a different brand.

Perfect for water days!
It looks like the ones I got my son (with the drawstring type thing) aren’t available but I’ll review them anyway since the idea is similar. I will say I got them for like $13 or $14, and they were definitely worth that price! They’re extremely lightweight and he runs around in them no problem. We haven’t had any issues with rubbing or blisters. They stay on well and dry pretty fast. I’m not sure if they’d hold up as daily wear shoes, but if I spent full price on them, I’d probably encourage him to wear them more often just to get my money’s worth :-) They would be nice and airy for hot days even not in water situations.He’s wearing a size 1 shoe, probably getting close to size 2, and the 1s in these fit him great.

Great water shoes!
I first purchased these last year for a trip to Yucatán. I wanted my little mans feet to be protected without being weighed down and soaking wet. These did not disappoint! The fit is good, no issues with blisters, water drained well.. and they seemed pretty comfortable. When summer came around this year, I didn't see his size in stock so I purchased a different brand. Huge mistake. They were not the same quality as these although the price is about the same. I ended up repurchasing these again and am very pleased. Will definitely continue to buy this brand as long as the quality remains the same. Definitely recommend.

Toes get holes; try a different style
Not very thrilled with this particular pair of water shoes, unfortunately. While I am a repeat customer and do recommend this company, this style of shoe did not work for us. The big toe on both shoes did not last one month on this pair, and it was not because the shoes were too small. In fact, the shoes actually had a little bit of growing room. My son wears a boys US 3 and I ordered a 3.5 (received size 34 but he could have fit in 33).I couldn’t have him running around with both big toes falling out so I ordered a new pair in a different style with reinforced toes (size 33 this time). Hopefully the new ones will last the rest of the summer.

Great for overheating feet!
My child has a genetic skin condition that causes blistering and this shoe is amazing at ventilation. She tried them on for the first time with customized insoles. The ones these shoes have are hard on her. But very easily to take off. So far so good. I hope they last. It’s hard to find shoes like this with the honeycomb mesh holes all around but still able to cover and protect some what. The material was itchy at first but I washed them on delicate with cold water and added foot powder when she wore them. She loves them! Before I forget don’t forget to add some protective cushion to the back of the ankle heel area so the material won’t hurt your skin. Other than that these are amazing. Will buy more soon.
