These shoes are comfortable, attractive, durable and reasonably-priced. I recommend them!
I have been very happy with these shoes so far. They fit great out the box and being someone that is on his feet for 13 hours a day and having to walk several miles on hard floors they have done great. I did notice a little wear on one of the soles that looks like its trying to separate but it hasnt yet im actually more impressed that the heals are holding up as well as they are. I have boots that cost 3 times the price of these that the heals wore spots less than a month of owning them. The leather came in soft like really soft but bumping into metal objects and skuffing them on various objects still has yet to put a rip or scratch in the leather. All in all im impressed with these shoes.
Pros: good style, good quality & finish.Cons: a bit pricey and tight around the feetI saw saw this shoe, last summer, at my local mall & immediately had my eyes on it. However, the price was beyond my budget, so I decided to wait till post Christmas. To cut a long story short, got busy, forgot about it, missed post-Christmas sales, and didn't know the shoe's name, but had the picture. Ultimate searched online & found it at a higher price and decided to keep searching or wait. Then found it here for $75 instead of the oringinal price of $125. So, I decided to get it, though my budget was $60.My impression of the shoe, is that it is of genuinely good quality (thick leather, clean steatches, good finish, etc...). It also has a good mix of modern classical styling. The sole, however is formed from one price of rubber. On the other hand, the the shoe ran a little tight around my feet, though I wear normal sizes with every other shoe. Therefore, I would encourage anyone considering purchasing the shoe to pick the wider size.
Great build quality, and comfortable. These feel like they will last a long time.
Fit as expected, they're comfortable and have that classic profesional look for the office. Couldn't ask for more, I was pleased with this purchase, only wish they had more color selections for this style.
I'm not a fan of the light colored soles. The red stitching is also not a good look. Unlike many Clarks, there is no variation for narrow feet. These seem to be built for the lowest common denominator, ie, wide feet. I manage to get by with some inserts that reduce the overall volume. Amberjacks look much better IMO, but the fit is even worse.Other than that, they are fairly comfortable, and I can walk a couple of miles in them. Not as good as a pair of sneakers, but not bad for shoes that you can wear to the office.
Clarks did an amazing job with the Men's Atticus Lace Oxfords. I love the build and style, I've gotten plenty of compliments while wearing them. They also fit perfect. I definitely recommend this product.
