Outstanding Comfort and Style in Every Step!

I recently purchased a pair of Clarks Men's Cotrell Edge Oxfords and I am thoroughly impressed with their quality and comfort. These shoes have exceeded my expectations in several areas:Exceptional Comfort: The first thing I noticed about these shoes is the incredible comfort they offer. Right out of the box, they felt like they were made for my feet. The insole is cushioned just right, providing support and comfort throughout the day. Whether I'm walking around the office or out for a casual evening, my feet feel great.Versatile Style: The Cotrell Edge Oxfords are stylish in a way that works with a variety of outfits. They pair perfectly with casual office attire, but also look great with jeans for a more laid-back look. The design is classic with just enough modern flair to keep them interesting.Quality Construction: The craftsmanship on these shoes is exactly what you would expect from Clarks. The stitching is neat and durable, the leather is of high quality, and they have a solid, well-made feel to them. I have no doubt these shoes will last me a long time.Perfect Fit: Sizing can often be a hit or miss with shoes, but these fit perfectly. They accommodate the width of my feet comfortably, and there's no pinching or tight spots.Great Value for Money: Considering the comfort, style, and quality, these shoes are a fantastic value. They're priced reasonably, especially given that they can stand up to much more expensive competitors in terms of quality and comfort. In conclusion, the Clarks Men's Cotrell Edge Oxfords earn a well-deserved 5 stars from me. They are the perfect blend of comfort, style, and durability, making them an excellent choice for anyone in need of a reliable pair of everyday shoes. Highly recommended!

Great fit!

After being a longtime Rockport wearer and their quality and service going in the trash, I was told to try Clarks. I have 2 pairs now and really like them. Not sure how they’ll hold up but the fit is nice and comfortable. Traction is iffy so I don’t know how they’ll do when it snows. From what I’ve been told and so far in my experience, the durability should be nice. They look good too!

Great blue collar casual work shoe!

These are very comfortable, the only thing is getting used to a little bit of a roll in on top of the heel collar. It fits very well, but might irritate a little the first time or two you wear them until they break in.Please notice in the pictures the wear on these, I work in telecommunications and wear these as if they are work boots. They are nice and light, comfortable for an old guy walking 15 or 20 miles a day, very good traction on wet and dry and are holding up very well considering my mileageI have been pleased by 85 or 90% of my Clark’s in general, and will definitely purchase these again

Really comfortable

I have had several pairs of Clark’s over the years. They are lightweight and comfortable and have a classic style that pairs well with casual or more formal wear. In my experience, they run a little long and narrow. So although I wear a size 9 in other brands, an 8 1/2 fits me perfectly. As I have narrow feet the width is fine, but if your foot is wider I would suggest a wide or extra wide. The quality is outstanding as well. I have a pair that is over 10 years old and which I wore on a trip to Europe with much walking. A little polish and still like new.

Very good quality and fit for the price

I had an earlier version of this shoe for 5 years of almost constant wearing before they failed and had to be replaced. That's pretty amazing at this price point. They fit my foot perfectly (size 10.5 medium) and are immediately comfortable requiring no break-in whatsoever.Be aware that at this price point, these shoes have a glued-on sole and a glued-in, non-replaceable insole pad. That's very normal for shoes at this price point. Even so, they lasted me 5 years the last time.If you want a longer lasting shoe, Clark's does make similar looking models that have stitched soles and a removable insole pad but the price-point is closer to $75. I tried a pair of their Un Ramble Lace Black Tumbled Leather shoes that are stitched, but they didn't fit as well and the leather was just a bit more rigid so I went with the Cotrell Edge Oxford instead (the shoes I'm reviewing here). You may decide otherwise.

Good shoes - you might need insoles.

I purchased a 9.5 (same size as Nike). Shoes are light and flexible. They seem durable. I only wear them to work. Some walking but mostly sitting. They seem well constructed and the way the shoes look aren’t bad at all.The only problem I had were the soles. If you have flat feet and/or suffer from plantar fasciitis you DEFINITELY NEED good sole inserts. I use orthopedic soles that were molded for my feet.Update: After shoes being used daily I’d like to say even with orthopedic insoles they hurt my feet. I haven’t found a shoe that didn’t give my feet problems. I guess sneakers are it until further notice… I stopped using them before I damaged my feet.
