Fantastic fit! Great style! Clark’s are the best!
I can always count on Clark’s fit and quality.I have very sensitive feet. In part due to being large size. For myself, if I can’t put on a brand new pair of shoes, essentially, forget, I’m wearing them, I will not purchase. In my experience, Clark’s has always been "THAT SHOE”! These might be a winner
Okay, I've got an issue that perhaps a few readers might relate to, but most undoubtedly will not. First of all I have rather big wide feet and wear an 11 1/2 wide shoe, a size that's difficult to find in a casual shoe. Secondly I have a sports car with a manual 'stick' transmission, a few of you might remember or at least heard of those. Well big shoes on big feet don't work very well when three petals are involved and I've been searching for months for a pair that does. There are of course professional racing shoes, but they're expensive, probably uncomfortable and likely difficult to walk in. And there are also so called 'driving shoes', but that's just a description any manufacturer can use. In both case it's the size that's the problem. Most don't offer half sizes above ten or eleven. So for me these shoes were a rare find. They fit,they're comfortable and they're proportions and style allow me to drive my car smoothly and confidently. I'm a happy guy. So why four stars? All I can say is that they're a bit odd looking, but that just my opinion.

Ripped at the ankle on first wearing.
I have purchased several pair of Clark's loafers for my husband who is rather hard on shoes and have been very satisfied with the quality and fit. So confident in Clark's that we brought these shoes on a trip to Scotland with us having not worn yet. Very disappointed that they ripped at the side of the ankle the first day he wore them!! Should have taken a photo but we just through them away. I had purchased them in December, 2022 and he didn't wear them till June, 2023 so it would have been too late to send back. Definitely not up to Clark's usual quality.

I don’t know if this was a fluke, quality control issue, or if this is the characteristic of this issue, But I was very surprised and disappointed
