This shoe though sold in wide width runs narrow. It is a very attractive shoe and extremely comfortable, however, it did not start out this way for me. I always purchase wide width in Clark's shoes and can take them from the box and wear them without any discomfort at all, this particular style was the exception. I had to have them stretched and even then, they were still a bit uncomfortable, thankfully, they are now fully broken in and a dream to wear. I would recommend them just remember they run a bit narrow.

Size matters
Let me start by saying these shoes are super cute! I’ve received many complements. I purchased the black suede and they look great with dresses and pants. The heel is just high enough without knocking me off balance (I’m in my 60’s and have had both knees replaced). They are very comfortable too. The down side is the sizing. My feet measure 7.5 W. Other Clark’s I’ve ordered tended to run large, so I ordered these in a 7W. They were too long and too narrow. I reordered in a 6.5 WW and they fit fine in the width but are still a slight bit too long. I know a 6 will be too small and I love the shoe, so I kept the black suede 6.5 and am happy I did. I ordered the same shoe in brown suede, also in 6.5 WW and they were too big. I had to return them and decided not to pursue a smaller size. As a plus, though, delivery was fast and the return was hassle free!

Stylish and comfortable... almost perfect!
I have had these shoes for almost a year now and these still look good, and are mostly comfortable, they almost tick all the boxes.I like the stylish design, I get a lot of compliments on the suede and tassel. They are good loafers for both office wear and casual outings. If you have wider feet, you may want to size up, because the toe box can feel a little snug. Also, I had to add heel grips because my heels were slipping, but it seemed like a minor issue.

The left shoe was to wide at the heel so it slipped when I was walking, almost felt I lose the shoe. But otherwise nice and wide enough at the front and soft sole. They look nice and stylish. So sad, i cannot keep them.

Beautiful classy shoe
I have wide feet or at least one because of a bunion on my right foot. This makes shoes a bit of a challenge. Mostly I just wear sneakers, boots, sandals and flats. I mostly quit heels but discovered Clark’s makes a good wedge. I purchased a couple wedge sandals and an open Mary Jane style heel last yet but decided I wanted something close-toed this year because of the seasons between flat and sandal weather and boot weather. I ordered this and a similar one in red. I wore this for the first time last night and it felt great. I could feel the bunion but it wasn’t bad, and the height of the heel made me feel and walk with a touch more confidence and made sense with my bootleg pants. I decided to wear this again today during my trip to the city, and decided I like it even more. I do think the fit is true to size but the wide is not that wide. However it is wide enough. I don’t think the shoe has started stretching but I think that’s fine.

Cute Shoes with Horrible Sizing
I nearly always wear a size 8M, except in Clark's, which I tend to find narrow. I bought these in an 8W, and they were crazy big -- much too long and too wide. They felt like a 9WW. I then tried a 7.5 medium, which should have fit given the size of the first pair, and couldn't even get them on. Both pairs are going back, and I'm not going to keep trying multiple sizes in an attempt to get a pair to fit. Too bad -- they're very cute, but no way are they sized correctly.

I actually just wore these shoes today to run errands and they were super comfortable, they’re beautifully made and very lightweight and yet very cushy.
