I’m a Clarks fan. These are the ONLY brand of shoe that I can wear without orthotics all day and walking around for hours. I have debilitating back pain and heel spurs, but these don’t hurt my feet. The rubber bottoms are a godsend on hard floors. I love the platform in theses shoes because these shoes give me an elegant look to the leg, added height, but they feel like you're wearing only a slight heel. The nude color is perfect, they fit beautifully through the toe box, they are durable, and very cost effective.

I wear these everyday at work. Running up stairs. Elbow deep into an embalming. Rolling caskets into the chapel. Standing at the graveside. Sitting at my desk. They are comfortable and so cute. They really elevate my outfit. I have to dress dowdy at work. Basic black dresses with no personality. These shoes help me look polished. I have a wide toe box but tiny heels. In other shoes with a wide width my heel always pops out of the back with every step. Not with these! The sling back prevents this. They aren’t *that* high of a heel. You minus the height of the platform from the heel and that’s the actual height of the heel. So it looks like I’m wearing 3-4 inch heels but they feel like a 2 inch when wearing them.

I have bought two pairs of Clarks Ambyr heels, the pump and the sling back, and love both styles! I have narrow heels and usually can’t walk one block without my heels slipping out. But Clark’s has figured out how to make shoes for narrow heels. The pumps are softly padded in the back and hug your heel. The sling backs come behind your heel with elastic and also across your foot with a small buckle. Both are very secure and have an extremely padded footbed for walking and standing.And, Clark’s shoeboxes are made for recycling and fold flat super easy! Way to go Clark’s! Please make these shoes in lots of colors.
