Quality and Comfort and Stylish!
I wear a size 11.5 M, but 99% of shoe companies only make that size for men, not for women. So I have to order size 12 in any shoe or boot I buy because a little bigger is better than too short where your toes touch the front! This real leather, CASUAL boot was a great fit for me. The toe box was perfect with wearing socks so I have wiggle room for my toes, and the soles will be just what's needed in Wisconsin's cold, icy, snowy weather. I like to purchase footwear made with real leathers and decent arch supports because when my feet are happy, so am I. The style is great too... with a zipper on the side, you don't have to keep tying/untying the laces. Great with jeans and pants when casual is a must!

Most Comfortable Boot Ever
I ordered the Clark Cora Chai Ankle Boot. I was looking for something that would be comfortable for all the walking in Scotland for our vacation this year. The reviews were good so I thought I'll order a pair and if they are not comfortable I'll just return them. WELL, to my surprise, the fit was amazing, the comfort is unbelievable and absolutely no break in needed. I LOVE these ankle boots. You can even tighten them with the laces and once set, just use the zipper on the insides. I will order more of Clark's shoes after this GREAT pair. I was lucky enough to find them on sale.

Not as warm as expected
I am a size 9, but I selected 8.5 and they fit perfect. I have a narrow foot. They are cute, but I have been wearing them all day in my office and my feet are still cold which is really disappointing. I also question whether they are really leather as advertised and on the shoe. I only wear real leather and these look like fake leather plus the fact that my feet are cold makes me surmise they are not real leather.

Tired feet
There nice and light and very soft, but need some padding on the insole. My get hurt after wearing them a short time. Better insole recommended. I would have added one by they run small, so no room for one. Order a size up so you can add one.

Wear every day
I don't usually write reviews on Amazon (I probably should because I rely on them so much) but I felt these shoes deserved the time for me to go back and review them. I've had them for about 2 years and I legitimately wear them almost every day for work. They go great with anything, slacks, dresses, jeans, leggings. I don't go out much but if I do I'll put these on as my dress up shoes. I also wore them as my boots for a house move when I had to pack and move lots of boxes as well as dig around in the attic. I do a lot of walking and other physical work that these boots have withstood rough conditions. They're starting to look a little rough but I think they can definitely hold out another year. When I first put them on they were just a little bit uncomfortable where the lace is - just stick with it! They will loosen after a few times of wearing them and they are like slippers after that. I do recommend these shoes.
