NOT A SEXY SHOE, BUT IT GETS THE JOB DONE

I think you would be hard pressed to find anyone that would call this a sexy shoe, but it gets the job done. I wanted something practical and comfortable for work and by golly, that's what I got. It's a solid, well constructed shoe with little to no break in period. I have worn them for 3 days now and really can't complain about any discomfort. I work a desk job so factor that in. I am not on my feet all day. But even so, many a lesser quality shoe would have already given me some grief. In terms of sizing, it runs fairly true. I'm a size 10 and it feels like an appropriate fit. I briefly thought about getting the 10W. I don't have particularly wide feet (maybe a little), but it seems to me that many a shoe/boot that I have tried on in recent history has seemed to run a little snug. In any case, I'm glad I didn't get the 10W as I think it would have been too loose. Hope this helps your decision making process. :)

So comfortable!

Clark's didn't disappoint with these boots. A nice ankle boot to wear with anything. The leather is nice but the best part is they are SO comfortable. I have worn them all day - day in and day out - and can wear with a knee sock. The rouche makes it a little snug to pull on, but once on the fit is very good and especially with socks. I ordered the brown too.

Not what I expected from Clark

I really wanted these to fit. I normally wear a 9 or an 8.5 wide depending on the shoe. I bought these in the 8.5 wide and they were still too snug in the toe box area and the top of the foot. I'm going to keep looking. I also felt like there was very little cushion or support in the botton of the shoe, so really questioned being able to wear them all day comfortably. They look nice and well made but the fit and comfort level were a no for me.
