I like the look of this loafer. Nice red color. Soft leather so there was minimal break in time. They fit well in the heel and there is none of the gapping at the sides which happens with many flats. These flats stay on my feet. This is a flat so there isn't much arch support but there is enough room to add an insert. I am pleased with this shoe.
The elastic that holds the shoe on also unfortunately digs into my heels and caused deep cuts rather quickly. I'm not sure if I could even try with thick socks. (That would defeat the purpose of wearing them with capri pants though.) I should have paid attention to the design before ordering. It's a shame because the insole was comfortable and the color was gorgeous.

I usually love my Clark shoes. I really wanted to have a red slip on shoe and was excited when I saw these. They run a little large, which normally wouldn't be a problem, but I wanted to use them as ballet type slipper, and socks do not look cool with that.The leather is soft.I also don't like the way they look on the sides where the elastic is. I thought the elastic would stretch out and look like a nice straight edge when worn, but that is not the case. It doesn't look good at all.

I really dislike the back of these. The elastic heel bothers my sensitive foot.
Purchased this Clark flat in praline. The color is not too light or dark, making them useful for all seasons .The sides stretch but the back of the shoe is stable. I ordered a wide width because of the toe shape and would suggest ordering a half size up, even for those who usually order medium. Happy. Thank you.
