Lovely kitten heel shoe; runs a half-size big
My usual shoe size is 8 med, rarely a 7.5. After reading reviews of these that said they run big I ordered them in both 8 and 7.5. I'm returning the 8 as there is almost an inch space behind my left heel when my foot moves forward in them. Even in the 7.5 they are slightly loose around the top and my heel occasionally slips out as I walk. I may add a thin insole to the left shoe. A 7 would probably be too short and/or not have enough room in the pointed toe box. I can't stand a tight toe box.If you have thin or even slightly narrow feet I think trying a half-size down would be a good idea. I haven't actually worn these anywhere yet but they seem comfortable so far just trying them at home. There is some cushioning in the footbed. If they stretch out as some reviews mention, I guess I'd need to add insoles to both. I'm afraid to go down a whole size to a 7. If I have to stand a lot and have a little swelling later in the day, there is a little extra room in width.I bought the Warm Beige color, which is as shown in the product photos and is a dark beige or a light warm to neutral brown. I like the lower 2-inch kitten heel height and the faux stacked wood-look heel detail, also the squared shape at the very bottom of the heel. The heel is well proportioned and doesn't look like it ends in a needle or is angled wrong. Dressy pointed toe but not severe. The uppers are real leather and look like it, very smooth and soft. There is a fine line of stitching around the edge of the uppers. I'm pleased with the comfort, style, and detail of these and with the color. They are sized a bit differently (on me at least) but I didn't deduct a star for that.

Buy 1/2 size down from your usual
Comfortable without being matronly. Good heel height. Ordered my usual shoe size and my heels were coming out of the shoe when I walked. 1/2 size down was much better.

Stylish and Sturdy
Being 70 with knee replacement, I needed a lower heels that looked stylish but stable in which to walk. I ordered 7 1/2 W due to feet getting wider with age. They fit great, look expensive and are easy to walk in without wobbling. The price is a steal with these shoes and I love the color which can be worn year round.

Comfortable but poorly made?
I've only worn these a handful of times, in an office setting where I am sitting at a desk all day, and the sole is detaching from the tip of the shoe. Very disappointing, especially since they are very comfortable.

MEH…WAAAAAY too BIG!
I love Clark shoes and I really wanted to like these shoes but the sizing is way bigger than I anticipated. They seemed the right size when I tried them on so I brought them with me on a business trip as the only pair of heels that I had with me…BIG MISTAKE! After wearing them for about 15 to 20 minutes they really stretched out a lot and slopped on and off my feet to the point that they looked like “Lucy Shoes” from Charlie Brown…Definitely get a size smaller than you think you need, and wear them around the house a bit before committing to wearing them anyplace else just in case yours also stretch.
