Convenient, Comfortable
These shoes are not made in my size; too large. However, I placed black insoles into the foot bed, ordered the smallest size available, and since they have no heels to slide up and down - those actions seem to overcome the problem(s). The black insoles (bought separately) are the same color as the black shoes, so they serve two purposes. The original insoles are light, which seem illogical. The shoes are convenient, comfortable, and seem well made. I ambulate a lot, and these shoes stay on, without the hassles of laces.An addendum: It is now fall (10-18-2023). I have had these shoes for a while now, and they have become the only shoes I wear. It is highly doubtful that I would return to tennis shoes, or any tie shoe (recommended in my fast paced, medical profession.) These shoes are SO comfortable and SO convenient. And they are still in great shape. I have never slipped, fallen, etc. in these shoes.

Why I Wear Clarks
I have worn Clarks for the last 15 years or so. I finally wore out the oldest pair of mules and needed to replace them...and found these at a great price.I wear an 8 medium. They always fit. Period. They are leather. The soles don't slide. They last...probably for the rest of my life. They are nice looking. I can walk all day and my feet are not tired.They fit. They last. They are wonderfully comfy.

I can’t wear shoes with backs any longer. Its been almost impossible to find shoes with no back and no “lip” on the heel, no hard insole, that look professional. I tried Vionics, bit the insole was so hard I couldn’t wear them.These are perfect. They look nice, the insole is softer and they feel wonderful. I will be ordering more in different colors. The only slight hitch is that although they fit perfectly, I can only wear trouser socks. Nothing thicker will fit.

check the width
This is an attractive shoe. I ordered what I thought was a normal width and got a shoe that seems quite narrow. I like them, but can only wear them in warmer weather with a bare foot -- too tight for a sock

Nice, but either the sizing is off or they put the wrong size insole inside
I just got these today, and thought they felt kind of odd when I put them on. So I put my hand down inside the toe area and discovered the insoles ended about a half inch short of the front end of the shoe! It's like they put size 8.5 insoles in my size 9.5 shoes; there's a gap between the front of the insole and the front of the shoe. The shorter insole positions the arch slightly behind where I need it to fit my size 9.5 foot. I have other Clarks clogs and neither of my other pairs does this. I'm sad, because these look really nice and I've been wanting some new black clogs for a while. I normally love Clarks, and always take a size 9.5 narrow, but these just don't seem to fit right.

I stopped wearing Clarks clogs when they changed the suede linings to some awful poly fuzz. The lining has improved. These fit snugly. Hope I can stretch by wearing, so they will fit over socks.I found the arch placement and support to be just right. High arches make my instep high, and these still fit comfortably. Pleased that they don't slip off while walking. The leather is good looking, and the suede excellent.

Comfortable Shoe
