The shoebox looked like it had been dropped several times. And the boots were clearly used. I tried on one of the boots briefly just to see if they fit so I could order a new pair, but they're actually too large, despite being the size I usually buy (8.5 Wide). I won't bother ordering a smaller pair though. It's clear that the material isn't very good quality and would scuff/get dirty easily.
