Perfect!!
I usually wear a 9 1/2. That what I ordered and they fit perfectly. Very comfortable. Don't have to break anything in. Plenty of cushioning on the insole. The tongue doesn't move, and the grommets(?) don't really tighten or loosen anything. But boy are the comfortable and cute! I bought another similar pair in this brand for my daughter. She wears same says as me, but her foot is slightly wider. They worked out great for her too. Amazon recommended I get size ten but the usual worked just fine.

Nice but no room for insert/no arch support
I like the boot. It's a reasonable price, well made, unfortunately there is not enough room for a insert to provide cushion and arch support even in the wide width. I do not normally wear wide width but I was hoping it would allow room for a insert.
