Super comfortable
if you have problems with your feet like I do this pair of slippers is for you. I have very painful feet and I also have venous insufficiency which causes my lower legs and feet to swell very much. The bottom bottoms of my feet are very flat. I can’t take two steps on a wooden floor or tiles. So I’m constantly trying to find slippers that I can wear around the house especially. The quality is great. I am going for comfort, but the style is pretty cute as well. It doesn’t have arch support specifically, but it has a nice wedge that it does make the bottom of the feet supported because I don’t have arches myself and my arches don’t ache when I wear these. They are soft under your heels and they have little nubs that feel like a massage. The only thing I noticed for myself is that my feet tend to sweat in them a lot. I don’t know if this is due to the swelling that I have with my feet or if it’s the shoe itself. I would say they run true to size because they are slightly tight on my feet when my feet swell. And this is my original size so when my feet are not as swollen, they fit more comfortably.

Very nice and comfy, but slightly too snug for me
Very comfortable, great tread on the bottom (much grippier than the KuaiLu/GPOS ones that look nearly the same), and the band across the top of the foot is a little reinforced/padded, so it's less likely to collapse over time. Unfortunately, the band across the top of the foot is -just- snug enough on my wide/thick foot that I wouldn't ever be able to wear them with socks. And snug enough to put pressure on the outer edge of my little toe that (from past experience) would lead to pain or blisters down the road. If your foot is on the thinner/narrower side, these might be perfect for you.

Big disappointment!
Huge disappointment. Arrived with a crease in the band over the foot PLUS much too big, although I ordered 81/2 women's size. I'll never again order a shoe that is promoted as for both men and women.
