Cute Christmas Beach Sandals
If I’m at a warm southern beach for Christmas, I’ll be wearing these super cute wedge thong flip flops. But, that’s not why I bought them. I’m using them for Pilates Exercise Stick squats at home. After Christmas, I’ll submit the review for the Exercise Stick, which hopefully Amazon will approve.For squats, I need footwear with a low medium heel. Tennis shoes don’t have that because they’re almost flat, but wedges do. To get safely in and out of the Exercise Stick stirrups, you don’t want anything cumbersomely clunky or that could catch or tangle. I found these Cloverplay Wedge Flip Flops to be perfect to use with the Exercise Stick. They are very sturdy and light weight, so you definitely feel “fleet of foot”. This type of footwear is surprisingly supportive for this kind of activity. I bought size 9 because I wanted a very close outline to my foot so that I could maneuver as nimbly in the stirrups as possible. Note that I would not use this type of footwear at the gym with free weights! In that case, you should only use protective close toed shoes. For the beach, I would have to buy my normal size 10.

Thankful to find some red flip flops
First of all I was so tickled to find these RED flipflops. Everything is red, white or blue in the US during the summer in clothing/styles but try to find shoes, purses and things to match. Its a rare find. These flipflops are so cute. They are super comfortable on my feet even when wearing them all day. I have had several major surgeries on my foot and I need the extra cushion that these flipflops provide. I love the sparkle as it adds a touch of bling. I am a size 7 (US) and they fit perfectly.
