The perfect shoes for a lady
My second pair will soon be here and I’m too excited to wait for delivery!!!! These are awesome, comfortable, well-fitting work and dancing shoes, unless you are also a 7. If you are a 7, you can’t have them because I searched 40 years for these shoes and they can’t sell out on me! LolI wish they would make them in every color to match everything I own because I wear these almost every day. I’ve only been able to get them in black so far.I bought my first pair of these Rockport Mary Janes off a clearance rack 3 years ago and I wore those to the ground.I literally wore the old pair to Disney World last week and walked around for 6 hours in them. The padding isn’t what it used to be since they have been my go to shoes over the other 40 pairs I own, for so long, but they did great for the first 4 hours. Hour 5 got a little harder, but I’m also 200 years old, so miles of walking in 100 degree Florida monsoon season would make the toughest soles need a vacation from their vacation! LolThey just made more in my size, so I bought another pair of those too.I need an algorithm to send me alerts every time a new color gets posted online in my size because I plan to keep these people in business for the rest of my lifetime.They are also sexy and stylish, in a fabulously vintage way :)

Beautiful shoe, but painfully narrow
I would love everything about these shoes if they weren’t painfully to narrow. I do not normally wear wide shoes so I ordered regular width. From the first step, it was very painful. So if your feet are even slightly wide, this would not be the issue for you. Other than that, there is good workmanship, beautiful leather, And I love the t-strap, very feminine. If you wear regular with shoes and occasionally find a shoe that is a little narrow, I would steer away from these.

Quality, Comfort, Style, Pretty, Practical, Versatile
Exactly what I was looking for. I have a narrow ankle and wide toe box so it's hard to find dress shoes that fit plus actually matching with both pants and skirts. I've been looking for T-straps for years because the buckle around the ankle keeps me from walking out of them, plus I think they're really cute and timeless, which is exactly how these turned out to be. They do have padding (not like a tennis shoe but better than most dress shoes), and the heel is the perfect height. High enough to look cute but not so high as to kill your feet. I can also wear them for hours without being in pain, which is essential. I did have a hard time finding the right size and tried three sizes: the 9, the 9 wide, and the 9.5. The 9 wide was about the same size as the 9.5 though maybe a little bit wider. I might have worn the 8.5 wide comfortably, but after already returning two pair, I didn't want to abuse the free return policy, and the 9 seems to work. So grateful to have found a comfortable, practical, cute, versatile, and quality pair of dress shoes. Please keep making these shoes Rockport!

They are too wide in the heel area.
I wanted these shoes so bad. I tried them in three different sizes. But they slip off my feet in the back because the heel area is too wide. Even with pads to take up space. The shoes are cute and the heel height is comfortable. But they keep slipping up. I had to send all three sizes back.

Well worth the investment
These shoes are astoundingly comfortable AND super cute! The attention to detail is really refreshing -- featuring a cushy footbed, just-right arch support, roomy toe box, stylish t-strap and bouncy heel -- I felt like busting out into dance on the sidewalk the very first time I wore them. I've had a hard time finding comfortable, cute shoes since giving birth and I am so pleased to have finally found something that seems it was made for REAL, human feet to move around in. I've never worn wide width shoes before, but recent measurements at a shoe stire revealed my feet "might be a little wide" now. Got these in wide width and found them really comfy, without my foot sloshing aeound -- so not sure if the width on these would be sufficient for truly wide feet, ut it works for me.I have a standing desk at work, so comfort is really important; but I also work in fundraising in Boston, so style is key, as well. I have honestly never spent this much on a single pair of shoes before, but I'm now convinced they are an investment piece that will last for quite some time. Hooray for GREAT design!!
