🔥 Awesome Bowling Shoes

If you’re looking to own bowling shoes just like the rentals you get at the alley, these fit the bill. Perfect, as far as I’m concerned. I wasn’t looking for velcro, or ones that look like sneakers. I wanted bowling shoes that have the look and feel of the ones I’ve always had to rent. I ordered women’s 10 (cuz I needed men’s 8.5).

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. FEES TO RETURN THE ITEM. RUNS SMALL.

Shoes run small. I’m normally a women’s 7, but my toes were squished in this shoe. Definitely size up half a size. Also noteworthy to mention that whoever’s working their customer service is not helpful and just plain old rude. BEWARE: if you’re unsure of sizing, I would purchase elsewhere unless you want to pay $14 in return shipping. It isn’t clearly stated anywhere when you go to purchase the item. I’ve never paid return shipping on Amazon in my 10+ years of ordering. I understand if you’re a third party seller you’re entitled to charge those fees, but it should be more clearly stated when you go to purchase the item. When I chatted with them to try and resolve this issue, they refused to simply exchange the item for me, and told me I’d have to return the item incurring a $14 charge and order it again. So if the next pair doesn’t fit, I have to pay another $14 charge? By the time I find a pair that fits, I’d be paying for an extra pair of shoes just in return shipping costs lol. I looked up their company and they have 3 stars on google. More people complaining about their customer service. They try to justify these shipping costs by acting like a mom and pop store, but I saw that they’re expanding their facilities to an 11,000 sq ft warehouse lol. If you’re facilities are that large you should be able to cover some of the shipping or allow free exchanges. They also lied and said that Amazon was the one in charge of setting these shipping costs. Spoke to Amazon and they said they had nothing to do with the costs and it was bowlerstore. In the end Amazon agreed to cover the shipping costs for me. Thank god for amazons great customer service. Bowlerstore gets 0 stars from me and I’ll be making my purchase elsewhere.
